BackCouture clothes are produced 100% in Spain, this means that not a single part of the production process is made in other countries. The fabrics are bought here, the haberdashery material is also bought here, the cutting and sewing is done in small workshops nearby and the people who in one way or another participate in the BackCouture production process are paid according to the rates they set as professionals. You are buying a garment produced in 100% clean and transparent conditions, with high quality materials and at an affordable price. We insist on this because we are proud of the way we produce, and we want you as a consumer to know that you are buying an exclusive garment, of very limited edition and produced under quality and proximity standards. Characteristics of the products
Back Couture will make every effort to ensure that the photographs of its products faithfully represent the products offered. Likewise, each product is accompanied by an exact description of its main characteristics as well as the measurements of each one of them. The products offered comply with current Spanish legislation and with the regulations applicable in Spain. The customer accepts that the Back Couture articles offered on its website are subject to stock limits due to force majeure. If any article is not available once the order has been placed, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible. At that time the customer may modify the order or cancel it. Back Couture reserves the right to modify the range of products available depending, among other factors, on possible irregularities in the supply of raw textile materials. The items on sale are checked before shipment to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Even so, if the article received presents any type of defect or inadequacy to the product purchased, Back Couture undertakes, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which will be free of charge for the customer and will be managed through email communication.
Shipments
When are the garments shipped?
Due to the way we produce, there may sometimes be garments that are in a pre-order situation, because they are still being made in the workshop. In this case, the approximate delivery date will appear on the garment. The rest of the garments will be shipped within a maximum of two days.
How are they sent?
Deliveries are made by courier within 24-48 hours. When your order is ready, you will receive an automatic message from the website saying that the order has been completed, which means that the order has already left my workshop. From then on it will be delivered in 24-48 hours, if it has not arrived within that time you can write to me at info@backcouture.com and we can discuss it.
How much do deliveries cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 200 euros, below that it costs 6 euros to mainland Spain and islands.
Exchanges
What do I do if I want to change the size or garment?
When the garment arrives and you want to exchange it for another size or for something else, the first thing you have to do is send me an email to info@backcouture.com and request it within 15 days of receiving the garments, I will reply giving you the go-ahead. From then on we share the costs: you send me the garment to my workshop (to the address on the website) normally by registered mail so that I can track it. I will receive it and send you the size or the garment you have requested in your email.
Returns
Can I return the garments if I don’t feel comfortable in them?
In online sales the fitting room is your home, so if you receive the garments and they don’t fit you can send them back to me and I will return them to you. We proceed in the same way as with exchanges: send an email to info@backcouture.com and once I reply you send the garments to my workshop by registered mail and when I receive them I will refund the money in the same way you made the payment. From the moment you receive the garments you have 15 days to return them.
